- Bug reports.If the upscaler fails on a specific file, tell us the browser (name and version), your operating system, the input format and approximate size, and what happened. We do not need the file itself — we cannot receive it over email either if it's sensitive.
- Feature feedback. Tell us what would make the tool more useful. We read every message even if we can't reply to every one.
- Privacy requests. Questions about how we handle data, GDPR or CCPA access / deletion requests, or anything covered by our Privacy Policy.
- Legal and DMCA. Copyright notices, legal inquiries, or anything relating to our Terms of Service. Note that because your files are never uploaded to our servers, we do not host user content and cannot take down content we never received.
- Press and partnerships. Interviews, collaborations, or inclusion in roundups — same email works.
What we can't help with
We don't have copies of files you've processed — they never left your device — so we can't recover, re-send, or re-run an upscale you've already closed the tab on. If a result didn't come out how you wanted, try again with a different scale setting or a higher-quality source.
